The Jeweler's Bench is owned and operated by Newton resident, Jeff Roush. Jeff has repaired and designed jewelry for over 38 years, and specializes in creating custom, quality pieces.
Services
Jeff Roush graduated from Gem City School of Horology in Quincy, Illinois in 1976.
He then worked at Arthur Anderson Jewelers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before returning home to Iowa where he became a partner at M&M Jewelry in Des Moines.
Jeff started The Jeweler's Bench, as a wholesale trade shop, in 1981.
The Jewelers Bench worked behind the scenes with many major jewelers in the Des Moines area.
Now, Jeff has taken The Bench in a different direction and focuses on custom work and repair.
Mitch Roush graduated from Gem City College in Jewelry-Diamond Setting and Design in 2012.
