Orange County Jewelry Appraisers
We do estate and individual item appraisals starting that are approximately $100-200 per item. Our gemologists were all trained at the G.I.A. world headquarters, and we are a part of the American Society of Appraisers, the American Gem Trade Association, the Women's Jewelry Association, and GIA Alumni Association. As the standard in our business, our appraisals are accepted by insurance companies, for trusts and estates, and settlements worldwide.

We also offer mobile appraisals and will come to your home or work for an additional fee (starting at $50).
Services
Our appraisers were trained at the world headquarters of the Gemological Institute of America in Gemology, and are experts on jewelry and precious gemstones such as diamonds, and colored gemstones such as rubies and sapphires.
In addition, our appraiser's background in jewelry manufacturing gives us a leg up on the appraisal process.
We've been an independent appraiser for 6 years, and have been in the jewelry industry for over ten years.
We are accredited appraisers and adhere strictly to the ethics and policies of the following associations that we are members of: American Society of Appraisers, American Gem Trade Association, Gemological Institute of America Alumni, and Women's Jewelry Association.
Our G.I.A. trained Graduate Gemologists can provide our expertise to help you with all of your gem and jewelry needs.
Written appraisals are priced per item, and start at about $100 per item.
For any other recommendations, verbal estimates and evaluations we charge $400/ hour for our gemological expertise.
Verbal expert opinion on jewelry and their approximate value.
We'll help consult you on the nature of your items (testing for real or synthetic), and regarding buying/selling your items.
We'd love to help you get your diamond or colored stone certified by an independent laboratory like G.I.A., so that you can have peace of mind, and get the highest valuation possible.
Jewelry insurance is a must for anyone who owns fine jewelry.
In order to get jewelry insurance, you'll first need an appraisal by a certified gemologist.
Call us at (949) 539-6339 to make an appointment.
We'll give you a digital and written document with a photo, detailed description and value of your item that you can send to your insurance agent.
Most insurance companies require a written appraisal done by a GIA Graduate Gemologist.
Many jewelers provide appraisals, but do not have the proper certifications to do so, and the insurance companies will not accept their appraisals.
