Mr. Baxley worked for over twenty years for a major Atlanta jewelry firm before establishing Baxley Jewelers on Carrollton's historic Adamson Square in 2010. Beginning in a small upstairs office, the business rapidly grew and is now located in the 1872 Mandeville Building between Horton's Books and Gifts and LocoMex Downtown. Over the years Baxley Jewelers has earned a reputation for it's unique handcrafted custom jewelry designs.
Working with wax, Baxley carefully crafts an exact model of the piece to be produced. The detailed wax model is then used to create a mold from which the finished piece is cast. The item is then set, in many cases, with diamonds or gemstones. Many west Georgia customers come to Baxley Jewelers to redesign their treasured jewelry pieces or remount family heirloom stones.

All appraisals include a full written description of the item, including stone grading, a photo for identification and an approximate retail replacement value.
Due to the amount of time involved in evaluating fine jewelry and preparing the documentation, all appraisals are done on a "drop-off" basis only.
