K. Line Jewelers accepts returns of regular inventory items within 14 days of delivery of that same item.
Customers will be refunded the returned item's total cost (minus sales tax and shipping) upon K. Line Jewelers' receipt of the item in an unaltered/undamaged state.
Returned items that are altered or damaged will not be refunded.
K. Line Jewelers does not accept returns of, nor do we offer refunds for, custom-designed items.
However, we are committed to ensuring that our custom-order clients receive what they ordered and are satisfied with what they recieve.
