After falling in-love with the Palos Verdes Peninsula in 1976 during a trip to Marineland, Michel Medawar and his family were honored to be accepted into this community and made it their home. Three short years later, Robert Medawar began his quest to carry on his family's legacy by opening Medawar Fine Jewelers in Rolling Hills Estates. A third generation family business that was founded overseas in 1920, Medawar Fine Jewelers opened its doors on the Peninsula in the winter of 1979.
