Hi, I'm Eleni Prieston, my jewelry work, which I have done for over 40 years, is a lifestyle choice. It is a holistic way of producing from a pure material, precious and non-precious stones, in a circular, regenerative way. Using a sustainable material that can be re-melted and reused has added value. The business is regenerative and supports a creative urge and family way of life.

It operates at a natural pace. Getting to know a client and their spirit allows me to custom make a piece that speaks' to them. I strive to communicate an essence, a feeling, an emotion, but I do not strip away the imprint of the hand or to achieve perfection. I prefer the Wabi Sabi philosophical approach to design and life and see the beauty in imperfection.

There is a calm which recognizes the humanity in what we make. I identify with Picasso's statement. I am a true foodie but use no recipe either in what I create in the studio or the kitchen. If you had a dish at my home, I could replicate it, but each time it would take on a different twist, as would a ring you admired.

Deceptively simple techniques that have barely changed in centuries.
