Charles consults with the customer to attempt to get a feel for the look that they are trying to achieve.
In some instances the customer will provide a photo of the piece they would like to have designed.
They could also bring Charles an older setting with diamonds or precious stones, which they would like used in a new custom pendant, ring, earrings, or bracelet.
He then researches various options to present to the customer, they explore the options, and then a one of a kind piece is created!
