Johnson Jewelers strives to be an eco-conscious and sustainable company. Toward that end, we practice reusing, recycling and renewing when we can, and we partner with responsible companies such as Hoover & Strong, Stuller and Rio Grande. We offer a range of services from on-site jewelry repair, gemological consulting and custom design, as well as independent appraisal services.

We are a 121-year-old business, with four generations of the Johnson family devoted to creating, designing, repairing and selling jewelry and watches. This varies widely depending on the complexity of the piece.
Services
The simple answer is that we are a local, family-owned, small business, with four generations of the Johnson family who have been devoted to the craft of creating, designing, repairing and selling jewelry and watches since 1898.
Johnson Jewelers was founded by J.G. Johnson in 1898 in North Dakota.
The dust bowl and depression had Mr. Johnson seeking new opportunities for his family.
He found the perfect one while attending a Shrine convention in Seattle in 1936, when other jewelers at the convention told him the small town of Puyallup, Washington was in need of a jeweler and watch repair.
We offer on-site jewelry repair.
Customer requests vary from simple ring sizing, prong repair, or pearl restringing, to major reconstruction for items damaged in an accident.
We have seen it all!
Rings can get damaged from daily wear, so we encourage you to visit us if you feel a rough edge or notice a loose stone on your ring.
Most routine repairs can be completed within three weeks, depending on the complexity of the job, and the materials needed.
When you bring an item to us, a staff member will review and record the information you provide, as well as note visual details (color and mark of metal, length of the necklace, breakage points, etc.,) on a numbered job form.
Much of our showroom is filled with designs that we created.
We go to gem shows to find the best materials and have trusted sources from which to order.
From those quality materials, we create classic pieces, suitable for everyday wear, that make great gifts for special occasions.
The nice thing about our semi-custom designs is that they can be modified to your preferences.
If you see something in white gold, but prefer yellow gold, we can create that for you.
If you see a pair of emerald earrings you like, but want ruby, let us know!
We are here to make sure you get exactly what you want for this momentous milestone.
To that end, we carry designers with customizable options.
We find out what you want and work with you to create the perfect piece, instead of carrying generic inventory we try to convince you to buy.
This is a special time and we are thrilled to be a part of it.
A.JAFFE, a world-renowned company known for customizing bridal jewelry since 1892, offers an array of finely-styled, timeless and classic bridal jewelry.
