Designer Sara Beth Goldfine Baratz was educated in both textile and jewelry design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Kansas. Following her studies, Sara traveled to Paris and Milan, finding inspiration in the avant-garde fashion cultures. Inspired by the chic European street style, Sara began creating one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces that customers would ask to buy right off her neck.
In 2005, Sara launched her first brand SBG Designs in Los Angeles, CA. With a lot of tenacity and determination, Sara was able to grow her brand organically and within a year, SBG Designs was featured on the runway, red carpet, the cover of national and international magazines, and adorned by celebrities and fashionistas throughout the world.
