My wife and I have taken several watches here for repairs, and she recently bought me a nice watch here. They have given us nothing but the best service and attention. My wife bought my watch as a surprise birthday present, and thought I would need an extended band.
When she gave it to me and the band was too long, Artiste re-ordered the original size band and switched them out without a problem. It was almost time to pop the big one (!) and I needed the ring resized, prongs tightened, etc.
