The idea to launch a company dedicated exclusively to the repair of fine jewelry and timepieces took hold back in 1993 while we were working for a major jewelry retailer.
There, we were tasked with finding a repair service we could trust with our customers' valuable items - a company that delivered top-notch customer service and exceptional workmanship, all at an honest price.
But we couldn't find one.
So we decided to do it ourselves!
